He established Byrd Insurance Agency in 1971 in Lufkin. Don served in the military and was commanding officer of the Lufkin Army National Guard. |

She has 24 years of experience in Personal and Commercial Lines, Claims, and Accounting. Wanda has been employed with Byrd Insurance since August, 2000 as an ICSR/Solicitor. |

She attended East Texas Baptist University in Marshall and completed her Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Education degree from Stephen F. Austin State University with additional post graduate work. Lynda is a retired teacher from Lufkin ISD. She maintains the web page for the agency and works with other computer related activities in the office. |
| Linda Richards is a graduate of Texas City High School and attended the University of Houston. Linda has experience in Personal and Commercial Lines, Claims and Accounting. She has been employed with Byrd Insurance since August, 1997 as Office Manager and Senior ICSR/Solicitor (insurance customer service representative). |
